This call is for demonstration purposes. Standard call and data rates from your carrier may apply.

7. Call Recording and AI Disclosure

Our service uses artificial intelligence to handle incoming calls. Calls processed through our system may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and service improvement purposes. By using our service, you agree to inform your callers that they may be interacting with an AI system and that calls may be recorded, in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of our service require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with AI Voice Receptionist are owned by AI Voice Receptionist Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee that our AI system will handle every call perfectly or that all information captured will be 100% accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Voice Receptionist Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Voice Receptionist Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Georgia.
